Aluminum Composite Signs

Aluminum composite signs with a solid plastic core offer a relatively durable sign with longevity while being both lightweight and affordable. Perfect for wall mounted interior/exterior signs, real estate signs, post & panel signs, rider signs & even photo-realistic metal prints. Also available in brushed metallic finishes. We typically print directly to these signs (single or double-sided) and laminate them with a UV-resistant laminate. Can be routed to shape and typically come in either 1/8” or 1/4” thicknesses.

Backlit Polycarbonate Lightbox Signs

Our approach to backlit signs is to ensure you have a long-lasting, vivid sign. If a backlit sign face needs to be replaced, we use Polycarbonate - flexible, yet durable enough to withstand extreme elements (even bricks being thrown at it!). We use specialty backlit vinyl for lightbox graphics, OEM inks and pair with UV-resistant laminates. We strive to strike the right balance of graphics that remain vivid at night.

Solid PVC Signs

Extremely durable and suitable for double-sided signs, this 1/2” thick rigid PVC panel is a perfect choice for any location, including waterfront. This board comes in a variety of thicknesses and works well for many applications - especially when the client is looking for a long-term signage solution that needs to support itself between posts or brackets.

pvc FOAM SHEET & FOAM BOARD - Interior Use

For an economical printed sign, we offer the following:

• PVC Foam - most commonly referred to as Sintra board, this board is more durable than foam, yet remains lightweight and can be used for a variety of prints, including photo-realistic prints and general interior signage. Comes in a variety of thicknesses for multiple applications. We recommend this board over the use of paper-faced foam board as it doesn’t dent as easily. Black edge PVC is also available for professional display solutions.

• Foam board - most commonly referred to as Fome-cor, this board is paper faced and makes sense if your signage is for a 1-time use application. Our foam board prints will avoid warping longer than other sign shops because we print directly to the foam board surface, allowing for even absorption of environmental humidity.

• Plastic-faced foam board - a hybrid board that has a PVC face with a foam core, this board also balances the durability and weight of PVC and Foam board. This board is a great display solution for prints to be mounted to velcro-receptive bulletin boards. Black edge boards are available.

Banners

Scrim banners & Mesh BAnners

We offer two main types of banners - Scrim & Mesh.

• Our Scrim banners have a reinforced filaments woven throughout the media to add longevity to the product. We print on matte scrim banner to assist with visibility and ink adhesion.

• Our Mesh banners allow for 25% airflow, perfect for using between poles or on fences where wind could pose a problem.

Pole Banners

Barefoot Graphics’ pole banners are some of the most durable in the industry, with 18oz blockout scrim banner, UV scratch-resistant inks and typically double-stitched pockets using UV-resistant thread - the same thread used on boat sails. Our banners can be stored together when not in use, without worry of ink transfer. Unlike the competition, we also print our pole banners with highly accurate front to back registration and mirrored artwork on pockets for a seamless, professional look.

Billboard Banners

We offer premium, heavyweight 13oz and 18oz blockout oversized billboard and backdrop banners with custom finishing options such as pole pockets, hemmed edges, windslits, webbing, D-rings, reinforced edges & roped hems.

Wall Murals

Complete a wall makeover with a wall mural! Wall murals can be a captivating background to a much larger display. We specialize in full color wall murals with both temporary and permanent graphics.

Wall murals are ideal for smooth painted wall surfaces. We also have specialty material designed for adhesion to painted cinderblock walls.

Our wall murals can have a unique texture finish which helps protect the printed image, hides discrepancies in the wall surface and the image, and gives a more natural appearance to the graphic while hiding seams.

We offer measuring, design, in-house production and professional installation, as well as any followup site visits required.

Wall Decals & vinyl Lettering

Temporary, permanent and even repositionable wall decals & vinyl lettering can be a way to pretty up your workspace, halls, conference rooms and lobby. We recommend matte finishes and can achieve this finish using matte laminates which help protect your graphics from cleaning agents or scuffs.

Economical Paper Posters

We offer paper posters with bleed (no white border) in the economical sizes of 11”x17” and 12”x18”. We have many different paper stock options, from text-weight to cover-weight card stocks.

Laminated Posters

We utilize a special material type for laminated posters, offering greater resistance to moisture and longer-life in public environments. This method also prevents the need for encapsulation (lamination with a lip). Combined with different laminates, these posters can be turned into durable tradeshow graphics, dry erase posters, or gloss or matte posters.

Removable & Repositionable Decals

Bumper Stickers

Our bumper sticker stock can be used on more than just bumper stickers - especially since we believe a removable adhesive decal is ideal for intended temporary use.

Repositionable Decals

Repositionable means you can remove these decals and reapply them elsewhere, over and over again. This versatile material which we utilize works great for both isolated wall graphics or large wall-to-wall murals. Works well in all interior environments and has the greatest chance of removing cleanly out of any vinyl on the market!

Our technical labels are made to withstand a more rigorous work environment. Made with UV scratch-resistant laminate and an aggressive adhesive vinyl, the decals can be used as overlays or standalone labels. They can include serial numbers, barcodes, or any other labeling method you would like. We can design them to your specifications and cut them to accurate sizing and shape.
